After Tamasha released, Ranbir Kapoor took a flight to London the very next day, to wrap the schedule of Karan Johar’s next, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The director will shoot during Christmas in London, where the magic of the season will be captured as the city is decked up to celebrate the festival and bring in the New Year. The film wraps on December 22 in London and the makers will then fly to Lucknow, where a seven-day schedule will take place. Finally, two songs will be shot in Mumbai studios in March next year.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma star in the film, which will hit cinemas during Diwali 2016.
